At our studio, we keep things intimate by capping our dance classes at 12 people and our pole classes at 8. This ensures that you receive personalized guidance from your instructor and have enough space to perfect your moves. Trust us, it makes all the difference! With a variety of classes to choose from, including pole dance, lap dance, and twerk, our studio has something to offer for every level of dancer. Pole Classes
Pole Virgins (Beginner)
New to pole? No worries! Learn how to spin, climb, move smoothly up and down and all around the pole, and build your strength to prepare you for inversions.
What to bring: Shorts, heels, and no lotion/oils
Erotic Pole
In this class learn a sexy, seductive dance routine while learning slow controlled movements and spins on static pole.
What to bring: Shorts, heels, and no lotion/oils
**Must be comfortable on static pole
Pole & Chair
This class is an infusion of both lap dance and pole. All levels welcome to attend.
What to bring: Shorts & heels; no lotion or oils.
Pole Fit (All levels)
Come take this calorie burning class full of strengthening moves using the pole and your own body weight. All levels welcome.
What to bring: Workout attire. Sneakers, socks, or bare feet fine. Water and face towel. Yoga mat optional.
Spinny Pole
(Spinning pole)
You will learn the spinning fundamentals, such as how to control your speed and gain momentum, overcome dizziness and smooth transitioning, all while looking graceful and sexy. This class is fun yet challenging at the same time.
**Must have taken 6 Pole Virgins
Pole Straps
In this class we will be exploring the hand loop, also called pole strap. This incredible piece of fabric can be used in so many different ways. Your hand/wrist fit comfortably within the strap and gives you more freedom to move about the pole where a basic hold would restrict certain moves.
**Must be comfortable with spinning pole
Sensual Pole
Learn a very sexy, seductive dance routine while learning slow controlled movements and pole spins.
All levels welcome.
What to bring: Wear something sexy. Shorts, heels, and no lotion/oils.
Intermediate Pole
Learn intermediate tricks that will help you reach you become an advance poler before you know it.
What to bring: Shorts, heels, and no lotion/oils
**Must have taken 6 Learn to Invert and/or Beginner Tricks; must know how to invert.
Spinny Seduction
(Spinning Pole)
In this class you will learn low flow moves on spinning pole. Get ready to unleash your inner seductress. We will move slow, smooth, and sexy!
**Must have taken 6 Pole Virgins, 3 Spin-sational pole classes or Level 2 and/or above. Inverting not required, but must be comfortable with the pole.
Handsprings & Things
Learn advanced pole tricks/spins in this 1 hour class. Guaranteed to build up your stamina.
What to bring: Shorts, heels, and no lotion/oils
**Must have taken 6 beginners and 3 intermediate classes also must know how to invert.
Inversions & Such
This class focuses on inverting (going upside down) on a pole and perfecting it so you can proceed to advanced tricks.
**Must have taken 6 Pole Virgin classes or Level 2.
Pole Play (Open Pole)
Use this time to practice your moves. No instructor to assist.
**Must have taken 6 Beginner classes (No cost to members & series students)
Dance & Fitness Classes
Chair Flow
Learn a sensual and fun routine that utilizes the chair. All levels welcome.
What to bring: Leggings and heels preferred. Socks are OK.
Twerk It Out
"I know how to twerk already", but how many ways?! This class is full of different twerk moves combined in a calorie burning dance routine.
What to bring: Leggings or shorts, sneakers are OK. Water and/or a face towel.
Gutts & Butts
Transform your body with this sweat inducing class focusing on core, glutes, and cardio.
What to bring: Workout clothes. Socks or bare feet fine. Water and face towel. Yoga mat optional.
FloorWaxers
Learn how to work the floor like a professional! Have fun while you learn how to move your body in ways that you can't imagine. This class focuses on increasing flexibility through stretching, core strengthening, and improving your flow.
What to bring: Knee pads a must!
Stretchy Flexy
This class works on your flexibility by incorporating different forms of stretch techniques. Emphasizes stretching, breathing control along with movement and attention to body alignment. All levels welcome.
Lyra Newbies
Interested in lyra? This is class is geared toward beginners who have never touched a lyra before or still getting comfortable with this awesome apparatus. You will learn grips, safety precautions, lyra conditioning, and beginner poses; all while building the upper body strength.
Twerk n Tone
This classes focuses on getting that booty right and tight! Tone and sculpt in this 35 min class.
What to bring: Workout clothes, leggings or your favorite booty shorts. Sneakers are ok. Water and/or a face towel.
